Let’s Move!

As a Pilates Instructor, I spend most of my time helping students counter the everyday imbalances they’ve developed from their daily habits and activities. As a cyclist, I noticed the imbalances that riding 40+ miles a week started to create in my own body. I’ve specifically designed these eBooks to counter the imbalance that an inherently repetitive activity creates, so that we (myself included) can stay on our bikes for longer and with less pain!*

*These eBooks address the most common postural or muscular imbalances that I have noticed in cyclists in my studio, friends who ride or people whose posture I simply notice out in the world. As with any exercise program, consult with a professional before beginning, or for 1:1 attention that can address your specific needs please email me!
